Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
